How films are judged
A 100-point jury rubric.
Public votes decide the Audience Award only. The jury decides the main awards. Likes and followers add no points.

Who can enter?
Creators worldwide aged 18 or older, as individuals or teams with one lead applicant. Enter as many films as you like; each film is a separate entry and fee.
What counts as 70% AI?
At least 70% of your story-picture time, excluding opening titles and end credits, must be AI-generated moving images. AI music, voices or scripts alone do not count toward it.
What are the film specs?
5 to 7 minutes including titles and credits, 16:9, at least 1920 × 1080, MP4 or MOV, with English subtitles burned in for every spoken line.
How do I share my film?
As an Unlisted YouTube link (not Private) that plays without a login. Keep it live until 31 December 2026.
What is not allowed?
Real people's faces or voices without written consent, copyrighted characters, logos or music without permission, hateful or explicit content, and fake footage presented as real events.
Is the fee refundable?
No, once your film is submitted for review. If any information proves inauthentic or fake, VAGPE Media can disqualify the entry with no refund.
